Services We Offer

What We Provide During a Typical Outreach Training:

M.O.S.T. typically provides these basic services for standard programs, but can also offer additional specialized services as needed by the training organization.

  • Deploy and transport onsite complete self-sustaining OSHA-approved welding labs with no less than 8 welding stations per unit.
  • Supply all necessary steel coupon sizes to meet exact customized manufacturing criteria specific to plant location and job specifications.
  • Provide all necessary customized general welding fabrication equipment units to include but not limited to flux core/metal core automatic wire feeding units to match manufacturing specifications at hiring facility.
  • Provide plasma cutting units and shop equipment needed for weld cleaning and testing.
  • Provide all gas and oxygen cylinders nesting modules and multiple cutting torches for teaching course exercises.
  • Provide specific detail on steel sizes and thicknesses to conform with hiring company needs and duplicate and supply company blueprints for instructor classes.
  • Provide all necessary equipment and metal units to train and pass certification criteria at end of class for American Welding Society (AWS) D1.1 Certification Test in the 2G position, unlimited thickness.
  • Provide each student with all necessary personal protection equipment (except shoes) to include leathers, welding mask, goggles, gloves, and ancillary equipment in an equipment tote.
  • Provide virtual training equipment for initial classes along with all necessary micrometers, hand tools, and training materials as directed by instructors.
  • Provide generator sets to power all welding units and ancillary equipment. Set up fueling schedule and safety needs for hot metal disposal.
  • Prepare all training sites in advance of training modules with all necessary accommodations for parking, classrooms, bathroom facilities, water breaks and availability to food services.
  • Provide customers, staff, and instructors with housing accommodations, travel and vehicle access as needed to fulfill mission.
  • Provide all necessary dumpsters, OSHA spill mats and daily removal of refuse from classes and lab operations.
  • Set up daily classroom needs to meet scheduled training outline.
  • Provide security for all units during training schedule. Assist training providers with any outside needs and arrange to clean and leave training areas in previous conditions at end of classes.
  • Provide assistance with student recruitment and screening.
  • Provide RV rolling labs with virtual welding units as needed to support marketing and recruitment needs at various military bases, armories, and reserve centers on a class-by-class basis.
  • Act as liaison for customer and military base and unit commanders to facilitate smooth transition with military personnel and onsite training criteria and regulations.
  • Recognizing that individual areas have individual needs, we adapt to the location and provide the support needed to maintain a complete training site for the training institution’s instructors.
